Client’s Requirements

This time Spacekrafters were given the task to plan out a place useful and practical rather than just attractive. The SENCO GOLD jewelry showroom of Baguihati which consist of two floors was to be designed with a fresh new concept. The exterior facade was to be designed with innovative design keeping resemblance with the interior design.

Initial site condition

We started the work from a phase where the building floor was only crafted with slabs with columns and beams. The structure mainly made of Strong rooms, which was to be solved in the first place to give it a new look. Structural and aesthetic solutions, both were needed to give the showroom a new and modern look.

1. We provided structural solutions for placement of heavy strong room.
2. A unique design in curves was conceived to make it very different from the other showrooms.
3. The external view was totally transformed to create a distinctive landmark in that region.
